Production Line of Our Factory
We have a number of plant essential oil extraction production lines with clear production goals and division of labor to ensure efficiency.
We have built a food additive production workshop and obtained the SC food additive production license; we have built a cosmetic production workshop, with three cosmetic production lines, obtained a cosmetic production license, and passed SGS's US FDA-CFSAN (GMPC) and ISO 22716 ( Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practice) certification; at the same time the company has obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification. We have two 100,000-level purification workshops with an area of more than 2,000 square meters, high-efficiency pure water preparation rooms and advanced equipment to ensure that the products are safe, effective, healthy, environmentally friendly and natural.
Production Equipment of The Factory
We have professional heating vessels for plant immersion and distillation, extraction solvent distillation heating vessels, adiabatic or heating pipes for steam conveying, liquid film extractors for cooling or condensation for liquid film extraction, separators for recovering condensed liquid, cooling extraction solvents And volatile oil condenser, accurate temperature control heater. After the essential oil extraction is completed, firstly, we will use professional testing and analysis instruments for quality inspection; secondly, after ensuring that there is no problem with the quality, we will use the filling machine for filling; finally, we will use the professional labeling machine for labeling.
Workshop Staff Management
We strictly require staff to wear dust free suit into the workshop, and prohibit all irrelevant personnel from entering to ensure the safety and clean of the production environment.
