About:
Cardamom herb or cumin cardamom is also known as Queen of spices and its extract can be used as a replacement for vanilla extract in varied applications including cookies, cakes and ice creams. The extract is colourless, sugar & gluten-free and is used for aromatic applications, as a digestive system tonic and in aroma therapy.
Uses:
Apply 20 ml hydrosol to the hair strands and roots as a conditioner after hair wash. Let the hair dry and smell nice.
Make a face mask by adding three mls of cardamom floral water, two drops of lavender essential oil, and some aloe vera gel. Apply the mask on your face, leave it for 10-15 minutes, and wash it with lukewarm water.
For your body, mix two to three drops of cardamom floral water with your body lotion and apply it all over your body. Apply the mixture thrice a week.
