l  Mix 2 teaspoons of ginseng powder along with 1 teaspoon each of magnesium powder, turmeric powder, ashwagandhapowder, and lemon juice in a bowl.

l  Apply the mixture gently to the skin.

l  Leave it to dry for 5 minutes and rinse off with warm water.

Milk Powder Ginseng Pack

l  Mix 1 teaspoon of milk powder and warm water with 2 teaspoons of ginseng powder to form a thick paste.

l  Gently apply the paste to the skin using a cotton ball and leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes.

l  Rinse with warm water.

l  Apply a good moisturizer of your choice.

Moisturize and shrink pores 

2 drops of ginseng oil + 1 drop of lavender + sweet almond oil 10 ml —— daub.

Delay skin aging

2 drops of ginseng oil + 1 drop of rose + sweet almond oil 10 ml —— smear.

Matters needing attention
