DESCRIPTION OF CUCUMBER OIL
Cucumber Oil is extracted from the seeds Cucumis Sativus, though Cold Pressing method. Cucumber is native to South Asia, more specifically in India. It belongs to the Cucurbitaceae family of plantae kingdom. Various species are now available in different continents, and has been added to many dishes. It is common to come across Cucumber in either salads or in pickled forms. Cucumber is rich in water content and dietary fiber, and negligible in fats. 45% of cucumber oil is rested in seeds.
