Marjoram Essential Oil is extracted from the leaves and flowers of Origanum Majorana through the process of Steam Distillation. It has originated from many places around the world; Cyprus, Turkey, Mediterranean, Western Asia and Arabian Peninsula. It belongs to the mint family of plants; Lamiaceae, Oregano and Lavender and Sage all belongs to the same family. Marjoram was a symbol for Happiness and Love in Ancient Greek and Roman Culture.
