Spearmint Essential Oil is extracted from the leaves Mentha Spicata through Steam Distillation method. It gets the name Spearmint, because of the spear shaped and point leaves it has. Spearmint belongs to the same family of plant as mint; Lamiaceae. It is native to Europe and Asia now being cultivated throughout the world.
