Sunflower Oil is extracted from the seeds of Helianthus Annuus though Cold pressing method. It belongs to the Asteraceae family of Plantae kingdom. It is native to North America and is popularly grown around the globe. Sunflowers were considered a symbol of hope and enlightenment in many cultures. These pretty looking flowers have nutrient dense seeds, which are consumed in seed mix. They have a number of health benefits, and are used in making Sunflower oil.
