- 20–30 drops pure lavender essential oil
- 20–30 drops pure chamomile essential oil
- 2 ounces grapeseed oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend all ingredients well into a glass jar.
- Massage into your entire body, or take it to your masseuse and ask him or her to use it, 2–3 times per month.
