Suggested Use:

Ravensara’s aroma is pleasant to add to perfumery or to clean and deodorize. Its scent is clearing and can help improve congestion.

Ravensara has also been used in topical recipes to help with muscle stiffness. Dilute this oil heavily with topical use, to at least 1%, which equals 5-6 drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier oil.

Precautions :

1 to 2 drops maximum (do not exceed 2%).
